牙买加绿色环保酒店

“Let me start by saying that if it wasn't for the staff, I’d give Azul 2 stars. My husband and I were returning guests from 2021, expecting an improved post-pandemic experience, but our loyalty wasn't even acknowledged. First, the liquor request runaround was completely unnecessary. Before arriving, I coordinated with the resort (Janice) regarding liquor lists, pricing, and the spa menu. I was told my request for Hennessy VS would be handled upon check-in. It was not. Staff sent us hunting……

“Overall; the service was outstanding!”

“If you want to step back in time, a beautiful beach and just relax, this is the place. Good food and drink. Resort is not pretentious and no vip areas that are off limits. Friendly and happy place. Have been four times and is our perfect unwind resort.”

“We were there for 6 days and I wish I had stayed longer. The resort is not too big and fancy but the staff members, activists and amenities they have are just perfect. The entertainment team is amazing, Brittany sings like an angel, he had so much fun at the piano bar. Everything you need is within 3 minutes walking distance, the food is delicious but more importantly the staff members treats you like family, it makes you feel like you are home. I highly recommend this place. We loved it so……

“It is a good hotel,my forth time, but the check in is hard ,I had waited for more than 3 hours to wait for a room.”

“The atmosphere is attracting me, the smile of all colleagues moved me very well. Thank you for providing everything there, really appreciated. ”
