「Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking.
