Ralston, Kaden and Gary have made each and every day and night special from checking in daily, securing items and/or experiences for us, nightly turn down service, ironing services...

「Food and service were good. Pools and beach are nice. Entertainment was good. A big resort which has some pros and cons. Felt a little more like a Hilton that could be in any Caribbean island and less Jamaican for that reason.」

「Took for ever to get our room at check in, then when we got there the AC was not working and took forever to change our room went through 3 different people before we got a change of room...unbelievable!」
