“When we checked in the front desk associate was not warm and welcoming and truly seemed annoyed. To pay tax and a service charge for a beach umbrella is crazy. Stayed at dozens +++ hotels and never had tax and a service charge. Additionally I gave the young man a tip for setting up the umbrella and some how there was also a tip on my bill for the umbrella set up. Hard to believe a $30.00 umbrella was 45.00 plus crazy and not acceptable.”

“My husband and I stayed at the Don Cesar for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The beach is wonderful and we cannot say enough about the beach staff and servers there. What a great, relaxing place to visit. Beautiful views and hotel.”

“It was amazing, we stayed at the Flamingo Suite, all was clean and tidy. The cottage has a great location close to all restaurants either south or north of the island since it is situated kind of in the middle of the island. The staff was so nice and understanding. So conveniently located right on the beach. Overall a great experience.”

“The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.”

“Do not stay here. We went for a quick girl's trip and had to move rooms as soon as we got there. Elevator did not work properly and could not access the room safe because the closet door blocked the safe door. We complained and were moved to another room on the second floor. This room had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the toilet clogged every time we flushed it. We notified the hotel staff and despite more than two attempts to fix these problems, they were unsuccessful. In addition the……

“We love how family friendly the property is. We’ve gone five times and i feel like it gets better each time. It is alittle pricey but with the new restaurants we didn’t mind since the food was really good. The arcade is not great but other than that we love it!”
