“La habitación bien, cómoda. Con aire acondicionado. En las noches es un poco tenebroso y no hay personal. No pasó nada y quizás lo sentimos así por que ramos los únicos en la propiedad. Está bien ubicado y cerca de muchos lugares de interés si llevas auto.”

“El proceso de checkin y checkout es muy confuso. A traves de la app de expedia no tuve respuesta, sino hasta que hable directo por telefono. Ademas de eso muy amable la recepcionista, cuartos muy amplios y limpios. Yo si volveria teniendo en cuenta estos puntos”

“I had a superb winter avoidance break at Bahia Principe. The pre booked transfer with Amstar worked perfectly both ways - just over an hour from Cancun. I opted for the shared transport but was the only passenger on both trips! Really good and competent drivers - if you’re unfamiliar with the locality this is a much better option than renting a car for yourself! The room was fabulous, stocked minibar replenished daily, comfortable bed, clean and spacious shower room, small balcony to relax on……

“Bar , restaurant next door good food . Room ac only in bedroom , living area could be warm in hot season Staff and grounds in good condition, except for the seaweed but this problem was up and down the coast”

“Buffet could have been better. Our family tried making reservations at the restaurants and were told that they no longer had reservations and they would not be able to accommodate all 16 of us to sit together even though we said we didn’t have to all sit together. The rooms are motion censored and at night the fans would turn off. Which was a bit inconvenient since the room temperature is controlled we really couldn’t adjust to make our room cooler. The hotel is family friendly the kids really……

“Great place to stay and very fun, food wasn’t all that to be honest”

“We spent three nights at Pepem and we absolutely loved it. Our room was in the « jungle » and we had a beautiful swimming pool. You could wake up to the sounds of the animals of the forest. The ambiance and style of the hotel is amazing. You really feel connected to nature. The highlight of our trip was our chef. We have eaten in a lot of fancy places but I can tell you that our chef’s food was on another level! Lot’s of flavor and colors! He was always available for a little talk and gave us……

“Had an amazing experience! Especially the staff were so helpful! Jorge- the manager- made our experience top notch! He was such a great man! Food was delicious! Could not use the beach due to algae season but pools were great! Spa was incredible- great service. The only thing we did not like is the their sales manager’s attitude! I think his name was Scott. He was the responsible person of the membership experience. Our concierge Monica was amazing! Always smiling and very helpful! Dont forget……

“We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!”
