「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「I like everything, the people at the front desk all of them were really nice. All the staff in general all really nice and always ready to help you if you needed. The hotel is great, clean and easy to move around. Food is great. Love it. Had a great experience. Thank you」

「HOTELS.COM服务很差，电话沟通就花了几百美金，要求全部取消订房，只取消了一间，酒店同意退款，HOTELS.COM却不给退款，请问房款去哪里了？请各位朋友以此为鉴。酒店前台素质超级差，花费了一个小时才CHECK IN，十一点半到，凌晨一点才入住。态度相当差！」
