Nice stay, just outside of the chaos of tourist central
We had a great stay in London. We appreciated that it was just beyond the heavy tourist district and was quieter. There is a pub just outside, but it closes around 11 most nights, and it's quiet after that with the odd exception. We had to keep the windows wide open because it was warm, but imagine it's quieter in the cooler weather with the windows closed. Great stay!

Overall Good, but a couple challenges
The host's communication was excellent and she was very helpful. The flat was as expected - bright, roomy enough, well-laid out for two friends to sleep in separate spaces. It was not as clean upon check-in as I would normally expect, and the host apologized for that. The biggest issue was that, while the flat is indeed on a "quiet residential street," there is a pub directly below the bedroom window, so for people who tend to go to bed early, the noise was a frustration. Also, the stairwell to the second floor is narrow and turns; navigating it with a big suitcase was a bit of a challenge, but we managed.

Great location!
Close to everything, for walking and access to the tube! Comfy and spacious. Great communication with host and easy check-in and check-out. Would book again!
