“This hotel was nothing like the description that was given to me on Expedia. Caitlyn that was at the front desk was no help at all. I wanted a room with a king size bed and I got a room with two queen size beds instead. It said that I would get complementary breakfast and there was no complementary breakfast. Even the Jacuzzi didn’t work properly and I’m still waiting for the lights to turn on at the Jacuzzi. So my experience at the four points was not enjoyable at all. I would not recommend……

“Overall stay was nice because on beach. Rental guy on beach was the best. Hotel and property definitely not as upgraded or nice as picture indicates. Manager was nice and room was clean. Mission accomplished to have a night on the beach but would not recommend if going by photo and want a longer stay than a night or two.”

The only complaint I have is that the toilets are way too low the squatty potties instead of regular sized toilets and the Internet could be a little bit better other than that it was a great stay. “We really enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach. This location was perfect for traveling with our e-bikes. We loved being so close to the beach, which made it easy to get our morning steps in and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The area was quiet and peaceful, exactly the kind of atmosphere we look for when we travel. It was a great place to relax while still being close enough to explore the area by bike. “Awesome location. Property was easy to find. Unit was clean and well designed. Tyler and Abby helped with my check-in. Although there was a glitch in communication through chat with WiFi, Tyler came through. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Air conditioning worked really well. Towels and linen smelled fresh. Kitchen was stocked. The beach is right across the street. Looking forward to coming back soon.”

“This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here.
