「The resort is nice however we paid to upgrade to their private pool suite and there wasn’t a working light up there and the pool light was broken. We requested them to fix it twice on separate occasions but never fixed it so had use the pool in darkness. Also the drying rack was broken in the room and fell right off the wall in the balcony.
