「It was convenient and quiet despite being close to a heavily trafficked road. The shower was very nice. Not quite in walking distance but easy access to all things Charlotte. Easy in and out. Only beefs were - 1 the bedding for pullout wasn’t in the marked closet and had to do a hide and seek and seek to find it (but was clean and adequate when located) 2-the gap above the built in divider between the bedroom and living area means light from one room shines into the other. 3-finding a...

「Kim's place was spotless. She offered a comprehensive book of things to do/eat in the Outer Banks, as well as a map. The grounds and gardens around her house were amazing. You really do not need to bring anything with you. She has beach gear, bikes, sun tanning lotions, beach bags. She was friendly and helpful」

「We did a weekend getaway so the area was mostly quite. The place was clean but for the freezer that was full of ice cubes everywhere. It is a great apartment, has just about everything you need. Clean linen which is very important to us. I would have liked a more secure parking place but we had no issues.」

Nice upscale area. 8 minute walk to All Day Darling- nice neighborhood restaurant- the kind everyone would want in their neighborhood's VRBO had everything we needed- Kurig coffee maker and porch to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Comfortable bed. Great couch. Plenty of room to enjoy a dinner with friends.」
