“Room was terrific. Very clean, great bed and decor. Fireplace in first room didn’t work but front desk staff moved us to a room with one that worked. Very nice staff. Hot tub in common area was nice and hot (wished the jets worked). Happy hour w wine/cheese/snacks was awesome and breakfast was very good. Great location and walkable to Commercial St. Highly recommend.”

“I booked this room on my way to P town and honestly did not have super high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised with every detail of the property. From the staff reaching out, sharing the room code and tips and tricks, to the room itself, I was throughly impressed. The location is perfect and the accommodations were fantastic. “The moment we arrived at the beautiful property, Mary and Hana received us like family. Check In was flawless with an envelope with all the info and directions needed for a wonderful stay i awesome PTown. Room was extra clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Breakfast was the highlight of our stay, amazing! The bed and plenty of pillows were like heaven. The rest of the stay was spectacular, great and beautiful property. Definetely will be back soon. "AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
