“Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. ”

“This was the perfect location for us. It was close to the downtown area but also close to some great local spots. Having the pool access was a highlight to help us unwind in between exploring. “This was my first time using VRBO instead of a similar company where I had been burned so many times with bad listings that I stopped traveling for a while. I was not disappointed. This place was exactly as listed. Place was clean and no bad smells. Internet worked. Air conditioner was great. Bathrooms were stocked. Beds were clean. Kitchen was stocked enough to get basic cooking done which is one of the reasons I prefer staying in a house versus a hotel. I did bring my own cast iron……

“Our stay at this precious cottage was exactly what we needed after traveling and festivities at college graduation. “This property was very very clean and spacious feeling. We loved staying here. Property had a large fenced in yard and a great front porch with comfortable rocking chairs. There is also off street parking at this location. Beds were very comfortable and felt new. This two bedroom also had a large bathroom with laundry facilities, a beautiful eat in kitchen and living room and was very nicely decorated. "I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars. The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again. Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
