“This resort is clean and well maintained. It was perfect to celebrate our anniversary! It’s right on the beach but still has a pool. It was very quiet and peaceful! The only downside is that it’s about 20 minutes away from downtown. We wanted to have dinner watching sunset, so we went to Brett’s Waterway Cafe at the marina by downtown. But there are restaurants on site. I would love to visit here again with my family. They have put put golf, pickleball courts, tennis courts and golf courses. The……

“We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.”

“Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!! This property was located in the beach with a very easy and close public beach access boardwalk. The location was perfect, quiet, and so close to many shops and restaurants. My husband, my dogs and myself were very comfortable and had a wonderful time. The home was clean, and provided various amenities like a dish washer, dishes to use, a washer/dryer, towels, beach chairs, and more! We won’t be staying anywhere else for vacation again! And thank you to the host……

“The house is amazing with a fantastic location on the Ocean with your own private walkway. All the rooms , especially the kitchen and bathrooms were extremely clean. “Perfect size for a couple or small family! Stocked very well with anything you might need, coffee, tea, spices and condiments, including fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. Close to the historical area of St Augustine with lots to see and do. Great place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely stay again when in this area and would highly recommend to friends and family. ”

“Joe's property was the perfect spot for our weekend stay for a wedding in downtown St. Augustine. The studio is small, but it has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach chairs and a cooler. The studio was very clean, which is always the most important to me. “We had a very nice stay at this property. The ocean view was as promised, and the marsh-side decks attached to two of the rooms was nice even though we did not use them. Everything offered was consistent with the listing. The owner was extremely communicative at the onset to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, which I appreciated. The unit was clean, and towels and other needs were ample. I enjoyed the art/pictures on the wall. We felt right at home. Thank you!”

“The property more than met all of our needs, from accommodating our multiple generational family, to affording us access to historical downtown St. Augustine, the nearby beaches and Jacksonville. "I had a pleasant stay overall. The young front desk guy with curly hair was not only handsome but also extremely kind — truly six-star service! I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived, and he allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. The hotel was clean and comfortable, definitely worth five stars.
The only downside was the service from housekeeping. Just as I entered the room and was about to shower, someone knocked loudly and impatiently on the door. Even after I said “just a second,” they kept knocking. When I opened the door, the person said something I couldn’t catch and left. Later, I called to request extra towels — it took two calls, and when they finally arrived, the staff knocked just as rudely again.
Still, thanks to the great front desk service and clean room, it was a mostly good experience."
