「My friends and I are from Pittsburgh and we wanted to take a trip together before my wedding. We only wanted to drive 2 or 3 hours from home. We ended up choosing Ashtabula and it's a nice town with a nice beach. Unfortunately the beach closest to the house is poor quality and dirty. Lots of geese and smelly geese droppings all throughout the sand. Walnut beach is a short drive away and I recommend it over Lake shore park if you're looking for a beach. 「Nice cottage. Super clean, had everything we needed and gorgeous views every direction. Awesome private hot tub- nicest hot tub we ever had. The host, Joe and the housekeeper Amy were both super nice and helpful. Highly recommend and we will be back!! 」

「This is a nice clean place. If you are considering it, be sure to read the reviews. It is 3 levels, no bathroom on the first level, which did not matter to use, but it may if you have mobility challenges. First impression on driving up was kind of negative as the exterior could use a little attention. In looking at the photos, you may think this is a newer build, but it is an old duplex. Again, perfectly fine and well done, but the photos on-line give you a little different impression. One note...
