「The hotel was beautiful, and so incredibly restful. Great transport links into Rome. The hotel had a shuttle that would take you into town. Sadly, the shuttle was very very unreliable. You had to book it in advance, and even then, we had to call the hotel several time to get them to pick us up. That was incredibly disappointing. If you don't have a local phone number and have to pay for foreign phone calls, I would not recommend. You will be stuck without a ride.」

「DO NOT RECOMMEND! We had a scary time here and the owner was not helpful and disrespectful. Nobody was on site when we arrived. Owner claims this is because it is a “guesthouse” and not a hotel. So you get a long list of steps to follow to gain entry which is fine. One step is taking the elevator. This is a very small metal elevator that you can see out of. It barely fit 2 slim women with small bags. You need to open 2 doors into the tiny space and then the exterior door has a latch. We got to...
