The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.」

「First of all, the location was amazing for the convention center. Going to the tourist attractions is about a 15 minute walk. It is doable if you are up for the walk. It is about 1 mile away. The hotel itself is just fabulous. The bed was comfortable, the record player in the room complete with jazz vinyls were an astounding inclusion! I listened to the record player before bed and when I woke up. Bathrooms were roomy and staff were great. Breakfast was good - regular scrambled eggs, granola...
