「The property being steps from the beach was amazing.」

「Very clean. Just needed a place to sleep as I was on business. Very surprised and disappointed there was no basic cable. Hot water for shower was an issue. Very clean place though」

「Close walk to everything ! Clean , beautiful pool and hot tub! All was amazing! Family rented three of your spaces and we all lived it! Only suggestion was a little more outdoor lighting! Hooks in bedroom bathroom. Pool lights on during day but off at night?」

「Check-In time posted on Hotels.com was different than what the Villa stated. Villa looked like pictures posted. Pool wasn’t cleaned but there was a net for guest to clean it.」

「The Banyon was comfortable and in an off-the-beaten path location. We loved the little beach at the end of the street. Perfect for fishing and paddling.」

「The room was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, the beach view was beautiful, and the overall experience was amazing!」

「Great location and amenities. We thought the pool was nice and of course the beach was fantastic. The property manager was kind and very helpful. The room was clean and honestly had exactly what we needed, as we spent a majority of the time outside. I truly have no complaints.」

「This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a business traveler on a budget.」

「Loved the easy access to the beach and the fact that the property had beach supplies available for you to use. We had great service when needed and will definitely visit again !」

「Great bungalow in perfect location」

「This room was sufficient for a three night stay, but it is not a luxury room. It is a small bedroom, very small refrigerator. TV was the size of a computer monitor. Bedding was oversized to the bed size. But if you want cleanliness, it was well kept. short walk to the beach . Resort provided lounge, chairs, and umbrella, and the pool area was very nice also. I would say this room will accommodate a single person nicely. Economical. Front desk person was very friendly and polite.」

「Great location and enough space for a couple and kids. I was on a studio with a king bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen had enough stuff. Bathroom doesn’t have shampoo and conditioner. It was ok but i didn’t take mine so i had to go buy it. Publix is very close so that’s also very convenient」

「Host was very communicative from the beginning. Home is clean & beautiful. Yes there is a slight smoke smell, but 1) it’s not as bad as the reviews make it, I believe people over exaggerated about it and 2) it’s in the front porch area which is the designated smoking area. Overall 10/10, will be booking again in the future」

「Upon arrival , the deck is in terrible shape and dirty, furniture is rusty and seating pads are moldy and torn. Going into the residence, things were “in order”, but were dusty and floors were stained and dirty, also there was no place to put your toiletries ( hanging up towels after use, no place for tooth cleaning, or hairbrush etc..), Also, we had a problem with the wi fi, came back on Wed. No internet, reached out to host was told it was an outage, would be taken care of, on Thursday , he...
