「There is a really great Mexican place to walk to and a great bagel place that also serves breakfast and lunch. The boats have air conditioning, 2 large beds, bathroom and living area with a couch, small kitchen and table. It was very relaxing. We will definitely go back. Also has a beautiful pool and games for kids. Definitely a 10!!」

「The property was outstanding! Beautiful sunrises, tranquil, quiet location, central to many of the Keys attractions. Furnishings were of high quality, kitchen well-furnished. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking. Outdoor entertainment area below the main house was a lot of fun! Overall, a beautiful property. I would stay there again without hesitation.」

「I was so excited to get one of the cottages for spring break. They advertise onsite dining but the restaurant is closed. Hot tub sign says open until 9, we were told to leave at 7:30. Unfortunately, by the time 5 of us needed to shower, we discovered there was no hot water. The on call after hours staff did not respond to me until 1am. By that time, we had already encountered a giant cockroach and found a bunch of mold in the bathroom. With four kids in tow, we left in the middle of the night...
