“We stayed in a Garden View room. On our first night around 10 PM, the AC began leaking in our room in Building 5, and we had to be transferred to Building 4. It was frustrating having to walk back, pack everything up, and switch rooms that late at night. A bellhop to assist us immediately would have been appreciated, and I was hoping the resort might offer some type of upgrade or gesture for the inconvenience, but that wasn’t provided. That said, the hospitality and service from the staff were……

“Listed as all inclusive resort but it’s more of a hotel with limitations to the all inclusive amenities. Roof top pool was under renovations. Beach full of seaweed. Great location with lovely staff. Buffet breakfast is a 10 out of 10. Rooms and hotel/resort was clean. Advertisement should mention limited all inclusive.”

“Loved this place, it was beautiful. Rooms very clean, staff awesome, pools were clean and loungers available. My only complaint was the seaweed at the beach. I understand its a huge problem but there was not attempt to clean it all in front of their property. It smelled really bad. Other places close by made attempts to clean it front of their beach. But I would return here, just at a different time of year.”
