"Room 7202 smells really bad i complaint to them twice but no response. good thing my friend stayed in other room so i only used that room for showering. staffs are excellent specially the bell boys mybe the reception needs improvement. servers are very respectfull. they spoiled us very much. will come again but hopeffuly not in the same room. "

"Everything was great. The staff was very friendly. My room was cleaned every day and I just appreciate the very warm welcome from everyone, especially the event coordinators from the painting to the dancing. And the foods was delicious and very satisfying."

"Cleaning staff with steal from your room, stole money and a neck pillow of all things, they run out of food at the buffet fast. If you are young looking the stuff with not be fast to serve you at meals, the common area bathrooms smelled like raw sewage."

"The AC was barely working, there was mold on the window curtains and on the bedroom lamps, dust all over the wallpaper, hair on the floor, and the faucets and showers looked old and heavily used. The towels had stains, the pillowcases were not even ironed, and basic items like soap and lotion were not automatically refilled. To make it worse, I even found a cockroach on the coffee maker, which was very disturbing. The rooms are very far from what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The pool area and the beach location were actually nice, but the experience on the beach was ruined by the people constantly trying to sell excursions. They were extremely pushy, standing right next to the beach chairs and not leaving guests alone. It felt very uncomfortable and really disrupted what should have been a relaxing beach experience."
