“This is not the traditional type of big, luxurious Japanese onsen hotel but it’s new, relaxing, airy and chic. In room bath is great with amazing view from the room. Food (Japanese western fusion) is good and staff is friendly and helpful. There is a noodle bar which opens until late and is impressive for a hotel of this scale. The overall design is modern and chill. It’s a good place for urban getaway. The neighborhood is very quiet too. Outdoor onsen water is not hot enough which is worth……

“晚上大約9點半到達酒店，有足夠泊車位，前枱服務員服務很好，多謝他們幫忙送行李到房間，今次入住高級客房有特大雙人床很舒適，浴室設有花灑及浴缸，要留意日式溫泉開放至晚上11點，如想享用要早些到達或可於早上6點後前往，自助早餐食物款式不太多，但覺得都已足夠。”

“周邊有像處身市場的魚腥臭味，浸泡露天溫泉時被這氣味困擾，真的沒辦法泡。一進酒店門就已經要脫掉鞋子，但又沒有即時提供拖鞋給更換，只能赤腳的在酒店內走動，有點擔心酒店地面的清潔狀況，看上去全酒店都很清潔，就怕有人的腳有傳染病問題。”

“房間寬敞舒適，有獨立馬桶隔間。公用泡湯區很大還有露天風呂可以享受。入住櫃台服務也很周到，服務滿意。”

“We loved our stay here, the sauna was such a treat. The container rooms felt very private and we had plenty of space for us! The beds were incredibly comfy. It was great to be able to make use of the cooking facilities in central house and the staff were always friendly and helpful. ”

“Just stayed at Raku Suisan, and it was pure bliss! This intimate retreat delivered the ultimate relaxation we were craving. From the moment we arrived, the serene atmosphere and stunning views of Mt. Yotei right from our room's private onsen and balcony were breathtaking. The free-flowing natural hot spring in every room helped us truly unwind and disconnect from everything. The dinner highlights were the French cuisine and teppanyaki—both beautifully presented, full of flavor, and perfectly……
