“Our room was perfect, clean, and well furnished. My teens used the workout facilities and enjoyed that. We were so close to the arch, it was an easy walk. Only issue we had at all was not the fault of the property, street racing was loud and went on until 4 am both nights we stayed, along with sirens, it was not easy to rest.”

“Bathroom was the smallest I’ve ever seen. When you stepped into the tub it made a noise and I thought I was going to fall through.”

“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. I can highly recommend staying here, and we would be happy to come back again.”

“I loved that they had a laundry area for guests that was free to wash and dry. The things I disliked was the room size no where to walk no chair with a back to sit on, the floors were dirty. We spent 3 nights and no one came to bring extra towels or take out the garbage, shade didn’t work you couldn’t put it up or down. We asked someone and they said most of the rooms the shades are broken and the breakfast was just a cold breakfast very small.”

“The waterpark itself was enjoyable, with plenty of slides, water areas and the fun spot to keep the kids entertained. However, the resort could improve its rooms and wait times at check-in. There were plenty of staff members around the resort, but was rare that we spoke to them, other than checking in. The overall stay was good, but a few operational improvements would make the stay much better.”

“The Front desk and security team were amazing!! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Laundry in our villa was a major game changer!! The one bedroom villa we stayed in for a week was spacious. My toddler had no problems with being cooped up on rainy days. Plenty of room to run. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. No need to bring anything. They even had a blender. The property is clean and well maintained with plenty of activities by the pool to keep you busy.”

“No wash cloths provided in our room. The bed was the worst i think i have ever slept on. It was clean and had nice covers and pillows, but that did not help the fact that the mattress was so uncomfortable that i woke up with a horrible backache. I had to get my husband to help me out of the bed. It took a long time for the pain to subside. The second night was no better. The staff person in the lobby was friendly and helpful during check in. But we had no interaction with anyone else. ”
