“I rented the home for one night, arrived around 9 PM and unfortunately woke up with a cockroach crawling on me. While the house looked clean, there was an infestation of roaches. The conditions were unacceptable, and I felt so uncomfortable that I had no choice but to pack my things and leave in the middle of the night, alone. I immediately contacted the host and provided photos of what I experienced, expecting at the very least that my situation would be taken seriously. Instead, my request……
