Bait and switch hotel

They kept trying to charge me with amenities that were free and then they over charged me for my breakfast that was suppose to be free. They kept saying that the website was wrong and that the prices on the menu was wrong. I would not recommend staying there, unless you want to be charged extra for everything that they say is free on the website.

I didn’t like the way I was treated just because I booked through Expedia, it’s was awkward but it’s like they don’t like Expedia reservations. The hotel is rundown. The rooms are ok, housekeeping staff seemed to be polite and that’s about it. Front desk horrible at customer service. The pool was ok except for the fact that there was hardly any the light at night. It seemed secure but would not go back and stay here. Trust me.

Al cambiar de dueños sus estándares en cuanto a las habitaciones no son los mismos aumentaron sus costo por reservación . Se siguen renovando y seguramente alcanzarán niveles que volverán hacer una mejor opción en hospedaje .

La tele que me toco no tenia señal me quede en el 102 y el de mantenimiento comento que ya tenia rato ese problema pero no lo solucionaron me quede 3 noches y ninguna pude ver la tele y lo peor cobran diciendo que es un veneficio el cual no disfrute, a la alberca le falta mantenimiento esta muy descuidada y sucia
