「Absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was a big part of that. The house is located in a quiet, more residential part of PCB, but also just a stone's throw from the beach, and with a supermarket just around the corner. The place was spotless, the beds super comfy and it had all the amenities we needed for a lovely week at the beach. Definitely recommend this place!」

「Great little place decorated very cute and fun. Just about 3 blocks from Laguna Beach. All the amenities including an all-in-one washer dryer that was kind of hard to figure out. Nice beds, great little kitchen. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again.」

「This condo was awesome! Pictures are spot on! All beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, kitchenware, and utensils. If you plan on cooking and possibly having leftovers, there isn’t any Tupperware, so I would bring some with you. I did notice towards the end of the week, there were carts in the garage…maybe preparing for spring break…that would have been helpful when we got there, so we didn’t have to walk across the street, get a cart, walk back over, unload, then...

「This studio apartment with a stunning view had everything I needed to gift myself with a relaxing vacation. My emotional support dog was accepted as well. Easy beach access (no dogs), pools, hot tub, a fun main street with food, entertainment and shopping insured I never had to leave. Publix, restaurants and 30a are all near by. I will be returning.」

「The condo is lovely and clean - pictures are accurate. The owners are very responsive and accomodating. The resort is a little spread out, but right on the beach and having the beach chairs is a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Property was perfect for a little getaway. Very clean and neat. Awesome location. Only downfall for us was no tv in the bedrooms and the outdoor shower was broken which was one of the reasons we rented the house. I would highly recommend staying in this house with family or friends」

「Your condo was great! Please know that I spent years designing bathrooms for special needs individuals. Having said that it would be helpful to advise everyone to use footwear (sandals, tongs,...), that tub bottom is very slick when showering. Again nice place, thank you. We may come again in the future.」

「Arrived to a friendly welcome, on arrived to my room found a clean and lovely layed out. With the kitchen to the left fridge dishwasher cooker and draws with all you need to wardrobe to the right. On entering to the main part a 4 persons table and chairs , tv and draws two comfortable beds that we sleep well in and charging points for phones and things. Then a bathroom with walk in shower and every thing lovely and clean with a good surply of towels and hair dryer would recommend to any one it...

「Great location, nice layout. However the unit is a bit tired, and some serious cleaning of fixtures is needed. Unit was in the process of being sold, amd we were told that the purchaser planned on repainting. hopefully the cleaning crew will be more diligent . Overall the area and development is very good.」

「Enjoyed our stay. The condo was in great condition and had necessary utensils we needed. We had a 21st floor one bedroom unit (I heard the higher the better). Great views. Check in was smooth until we had to talk to the concierge. We had read the reviews that noted this pushy concierge tactic. Luckily- We ended up spending two minutes with her as we told her that we are members with Hilton Grand Vacations and have no interest in another time-share condo affiliation.
