“Lovely condo! Very clean and comfy, looks like the owners put a lot of pride and TLC into their property. Loved watching the dolphins and drinking my coffee on balcony. We enjoyed spending the week after Christmas and celebrating New Year’s Eve at HarborWalk village in Destin. Never can get over the beautiful color, calm water and white sand on the gulf coast. Just keep in mind that the 3rd floor may be difficult for an older person and getting luggage up steps. Other than that little detail……

“This condo exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely come again and recommend to friends. First, the location was perfect in Sandestin resort. Beach was beautiful with plenty of beach supplies provided. Not crowded since it is private for the condo building owners and guests. Belinda also provided a good amount of information before our arrival including nice recommendations. The condo unit itself was perfect for us. Well stocked is an understatement. Best stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed at.……

“Pros—Excellent pool 10/10Quick elevators All around comfortable unit, mattresses slept well, clean space. (Only thing I noticed was a couple food stains on couch)Short walk to beach for a stroll, but you will want to drive or shuttle there if taking gear for the day. Easy/free parking at public beach across the streetAmple amount of bath towels which was niceEquipped with good amount of dishes/utensils but no bakeware—would suggest adding at least a pizza pan to the mix Cons—NO automatic doors……

“Great location! This was our first time at Miramar Beach and we loved it. The owner had great communication with us the entire trip. The kids appreciated the welcome snacks they had for us when we arrived. The condo was clean and I appreciated the nicer quality wash cloths and towels. The property was quiet and the pool and deck area was always clean and never too busy same as the beach area. Since we flew there we appreciated the use of the owners beach chairs and umbrella. ”
