「It’s billed as a BW Signature but having just come from a signature hotel in Solihull I beg to differ. First impression you pull up and think the gps has taken you to the wrong place no BW signage and a shabby looking exterior. Reception was a serving hatch in the wall find out your on the third floor lift only goes to the 2nd then you have to drag your cases up 2 flights of stairs the room is incredibly small,shower is a corner unit where your elbows hit the sides as you shower nowhere to put...

「Very friendly staff, clean and tidy. Good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Probably the best one we have stayed in in Scarborough and we have stayed in quite a few! Unfortunately unable to access the restaurant for dinner as fully booked, but breakfast was delicious and well presented. Will definitely return.」

「I genuinely think this hotel is just basic. For the price you would expect more better looking interior, freshness/cleanliness or service. It’s got no parking on site contrary to what they put up except street parking. The stench of old rug mixed with moisture welcomes you upon entrance, hallway small. Staff just about okay, breakfast; basic stuff you can get from any bnb setting. The only positive was the size of the room. Again we chose that cos of our family size. Sorry, it’s a no from me....

「The apartment was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Fab views of the sea and castle made up for having to climb three flights of stairs (no lift). Delicious breakfast at the hotel next door is a very reasonable £15 per head. Easy walk into the town centre/Peasholme Park/Open Air theatre. Very helpful staff.」

「Arrived to be given a key and parking disc , friendly but nobody overnight at a reception, big room but found it very noisy with the seagulls and road noise as single glazed windows , tap wobbly and no waste cover in shower , should have unplugged the fridge as noisy at night on and off , no plug point near the dressing table so couldn’t see when drying hair , did smell like a greasy spoon !!!」
