“This hotel is located at an excellent location right on Hampton Beach, just away from the main congested part of the marine drive, but very walkable to the busy area. There are a couple of adjacent eateries. Our oceanfront room was clean and tidy with a TV and refrigerator. No coffee maker or microwave in the room, but both available round the clock in the lobby. There was just enough parking spots, though tight-spaced. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and let us stay for an additional……

“This is Hampton's hidden gem for affordable and clean hotel rooms! We stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and I can honestly say this was one of the best Vacations I have taken with my family. Even the day it was raining, we got to stay at the hotel and enjoy all of the amenities. The hot tub was a HUGGGGEEEE Bonus and the heated pool as well as we all spent lots of time in both! The price that I usually pay to stay right on the strip, I can stay here instead and it's like getting an extra night for……

“Beginning of season. Had to run the hot water for a bit to get it up to 2nd floor since we were only ones there, but the friendly service makes up for it. And yes we did a polar plunge 45 degree water and 65 degree air temp. Walked across street and in hotel. ”
