“The communication with this hotel was very poor. Before arriving, we did not receive any clear instructions or important information regarding the check-in process or hotel policies. Although the staff at the hotel were polite, they did not appear to fully understand or clearly explain the policies themselves. “The place is super clean, modern and comfortable. It’s very walkable close to everything we wanted to see. The only complaint is the street noise all night made it difficult to sleep (maybe provide ear plugs).”
