「I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given.」

「The young lady at check-in was lovely - sweet, and then very apologetic when my kid found glass in the pool. The room, aside from the faint stain on the ceiling/humid closet that smelled like mildew, and the carpet that felt like too much soap was used during carpet cleaning, was fine enough. Bed was comfy. The water pressure was intense: finding a setting on the shower head that didn’t feel like I was being sand blasted was tricky, so kids got baths. I’m not one to complain, but once I noticed...

「This is a Courtyard converting to a Country Inn and Suites. There was some construction while we were there, but it didn't really hinder us from doing anything or cause a disturbance. We did have plastic over our window, but that should be done with soon. The breakfast was good, there were cookies in the afternoon.」

「Everything was very clean, staff friendly, nothing was skimped on. Plenty of towels, bathroom mirror is lighted and wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.」
