The hotel staff are super courteous and provided caring services to us from check in to check out. They offered to take photos for us at the beautiful lobby and you can rent a tempur pillow (hard/soft for u to choose).
Location is great too. Only 4 minutes walk from Kyoto station. If you travel from Osaka, highly recommend this hotel. It’s super easy to travel to Kansai airport too!

“We stayed in a few hotels during our stay in Tokyo and Kyoto and this one was our favourite. Super modern with fantastic service and facilities. Spacious room with all the mod cons, beautiful amenities, treats, big bath & shower etc. Lemon cake and welcome drink on arrival. Fruit juices, water, soda water in fridge replenished each day. Drip coffee was cool - even loved the kettle! Big comfy bed, lounge area. Two choices of slippers - usual white ones and some japanese. Even had a dyson……
