"The worst I’ve ever stayed at. Horrible service, staff, and dirty room. My 3 year old daughter got bedbug bites as soon as we walked in the room and laid on the bed. It also took the staff 2 days to bring the mini fridge to the room. Terrible hotel for the hype and price they charge."

"We were told about the chairs included in your resort fee but we weren’t told it was only 2 chairs, no matter how many were on your reservation, so we had to pay for one. The chairs are also about 5 blocks down on the beach, so kinda a far walk. Staff were helpful and quick response time to requests!"

"Everything thing was great, except we couldn’t charge our phones in our room. Not in the lobby either. We weren’t able to charge our phones. The made it impossible to capture memories. The receptionist finally find an outlet behind the desk that could change our phones. We bought new chargers and they just wouldn’t charge in our room or the lobby. Great location. "

"If you enjoy old, dirty, poorly maintained rooms that feature used child swimsuits (and you don’t have children) with loud staff who stand around instead of assisting you and paying a premium for it, the Mondrian is spot for you! Slow service, stingy with towels, and rundown. Very disappointing. They took $300 off the bill, but no other accommodations for the conditions. Enjoy :)"
