The room was pretty beat. One of the hangers for the shower head was broken, and the a/c units were in a hallway directly next to my room. No door/wall separating the rooms from outside noises. I was woken up every night by rattling air conditioning/ heating units. Overall it looked like the hotel has seen better days. Not filthy but not as clean as other hotels in the area. For the price I paid ( $900 for 4 days ), I was pretty disappointed. Definitely not staying there again. The staff was nice though.

A good clean, quiet business hotel on the Sumida river in Asakusa. The double twin & A/C were appreciated.Good open air view of the river & Skytree out your hotel door. Good for business travelers that don't need a lot of staff room service.

Good scenery and easy

Self check-in and check-out process. The view in the top floor is very good, especially at night as you can see Azumabashi with various light. Although there is no restaurant, there are some convenient store (e.g. Family Mart) near the hotel. You will need around 5 to 7 min walk from Asakusa Metro Station.

The room is small and dirty…we took the 2 rooms smoking areas you can tell the room is so dirty and smell cigarettes already and the wall a lot of dust and even the under the bed a lot of dirt…im so disappointed thats why we checked out day before we check out…bad experience

I had reservations for 2 rooms. The non smoking room we got smelled like a smoking room, the shower curtains has mold and the air vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned. I had to ask the staff to take away our blankets because they were filled with white stains and hair. Looked like they had not been washed in a while. They were able to come back a few minutes later with just one back and if was also dirty. Never heard from them until i had to ask the front desk a day later if we could have blankets. Items in the room were dusty, I had to wipe everything down. I had read the reviews of the same issue, and was really hoping the management would have fixed the issues but I’m disappointed to say i had the same experience as others noted about the room’s conditions.

取り替えたリネン類を運ぶのに 最高かいから一度に運ぼうとするから 一階で長時間エレベーターを待つことになりました 一階についてもリネン類下ろすのに時間がかかりイライラしました。 低い枕の準備がないので 残念。 素泊まりには快適でしたが メイク落としなどが もらえるとありがたいのに。

立地としては申し分なかったです。 今回は一泊利用しました。 駐車場は少し遠かったのは不便さを感じたポイントでした、 強いと言えば、周辺にレストランが少し離れているのも少しマイナス、 でも近くには隅田川に沿ってスカイツリーを眺めながらお散歩できる素敵な散歩コースがあったので、プラマイゼロで、全てにおいてよかったと評価します、 また利用したいです。
