"Only bunkbeds in the room, a very very small room, no tv, no table. The only reason we stayed here was the location, we had a show booked at Curran Theatre and this hotel is only a few minutes of walking there. "

"Upon entering, room smelt like cigarettes.Bathroom door would not close.Air condishioning not working.Beds were extremely uncomfortable.You could hear your neighbors partying, throwing up, and taking a dump.Overall i do not recommend this hotel.Look elsewhere."

"AC was great. Room is super. Quiet. Slept like a baby. The staff was incredible. Welcoming and very personable. I would definitely stay again. Didn’t get a chance for breakfast or the bar but looked very cozy. Kept luggage until room was ready. I had no idea this hotel was so close and convenient to the ballpark. Will stay there again. "

"When you walked to the Hotel Lobby, you can smell a very unique scent that is so calming and pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"First off : The no smoking signs and “$250 fine” Must not be working whatsoever. The entire hotel stunk of weed and cigarettes. My rooms windows were permanently stuck open about half an inch. You could hear everything and it didn’t help with the room being freezing to begin with. The shared bathroom had hair everywhere, The towels they give you for the bathroom are also paper thin and very very small. There were no options for room service (bed to be made or sheets to be changed) but there also wasn’t an option for them to NOT come into your room. The bed was the most decent part of the hotel. There were no trash cans, drawers or a dresser to use at all. The location is alright, a lot of homeless and not the safest if you’re traveling alone. The pictures definitely should be updated because it was not how it was portrayed online. "
