"I really like this hotel. I stay here anytime I’m in Chicago. It’s a historic property so don’t be bothered by it’s antiquity or stay somewhere else. I will say the WiFi is crap and cell reception is spotty but it’s not enough to deter me from choosing this hotel over and over. Staff is friendly and helpful."
