"I have been looking at this property for a few years, wanting a place with a full kitchen and a private house. I gave 5 stars because it was pretty much what I was looking for. The plastic covering on the beds was a bit uncomfortable. I realize it’s more sanitary although I would suggest a washable fitted cover over the plastic mattress pad and then the sheets. It would cut the extra sweating that occurs lying on a sheet over the plastic. Also there was only one extremely worn out dish...

"Property as clean and in a great location"

"This place was just great. It is easy to access, has ample parking (on and off street), and is in a great location. Convenient to downtown New Cumberland while also offering many River and creek access points, it is also an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway. Our dog loved the fenced in yard, and the humans in our party enjoyed the waffle fixings and snack pack that our host left for us. We also want to specifically mention the shower, which has incredible water pressure...
