I told them to cancel the room too because we don't want to stay since we drove two hours to do the water sport. They said they will cancel it if expedia cancels it, they will refund the money.”

“I usually stay at the Holiday Inn for a conference in June and this was my third year in a row. While my stays here have generally been pleasant and unperturbed this time around was an actually bad experience with water dripping from the ceiling fan when it was raining, an unpleasant, mildewy smell throughout the room , and the bathroom and even the sheets when my wife checked in were dirty and had to be replaced though it took a good while to get hold of the hotel staff. Overall this unpleasant……
