“Uncomfortable Stay due to AC Issue.
1/24/25- 1/30/25 Room416
The AC only had a cold mode with no way to adjust the temperature, makes the room uncomfortable cold. As a result, I got a cold after six nights stay.
In the first few days, I feel I can get used to it, so I didn’t complain. In the last day of stay, I started to had a running nose. Today is Feb 5th. I’m still in sick.
I hope management address this issue for future guests.

“Hotel has no beach, we had to drive to a public beach which was a better choice. Hotel wanted to sell me a day pass to another hotel. I didn’t use the pool and spa. ”

“One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at! Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff, amazing rooms with hammocks on each balcony. Great view, beach and pool areas. Highly recommend if you want a holiday to switch off”
