「We were obsessed with our rental and the little details that made this feel like a boutique hotel experience, but with privacy. It was stunning, and with the Christmas lights on the trees as our view, it was hard to want to leave. We rode our bikes to Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach, which are both close by. We loved that this property was beachfront, but was close enough to restaurants/shops that we could bike or take a 4-minute drive to access. Best of both worlds! 」

「Wonderful week at the beach on 30a! The house was perfect for our family of 10. Close to the beach access, we rented a golf cart for convenience. The kitchen was well equipped, more than what was expected was there. (Could use a blender and a vegetable peeler). Plenty of beds/baths/space for 3 couples and 4 kids! The neighborhood is not crowded and is quiet. We will be back!!」

We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. 」

「We loved the house. Large rooms, nice comfy beds. The bikes and golf cart are a must. We used both every day. We had a couple issues with a bike but the property management fixed it immediately.
