“Very clean house in an excellent location!”

“Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. ”

“We had four families staying, a total of 13 people, and we all had plenty of room. Everything was great!”

“The property is impressive and when you look at the large windows onto the beach and water, you will fall in love. The house is spacious with many rooms spread over several floors. The master suite is huge and like a resort all on its own. The pool is a bit smaller than it seems in photos, but makes for a great spot to dunk and beat the heat. The courtyard between the main house and the carriage house makes a great gathering place and the numerous balconies and porches gave us plenty of outdoor……

“The condo is stunning, large, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is FABULOUS and we loved the bikes. The building itself is obviously experiencing some structural challenges and the wood framing on all the porches was a little unsettling. The rooftop bar that was advertised is not a bar at all - it is simply a place you can go and view the area, watch the sunset, etc. There is no service there, and the elevator in that building is broken so you have to walk up 4 flights of……

“Great house with plenty to do with a large group. ”

“We loved the house. Large rooms, nice comfy beds. The bikes and golf cart are a must. We used both every day. We had a couple issues with a bike but the property management fixed it immediately. If you are staying in the house and plan to use the 3rd floor loft, please remind Property Manager to turn in the AC in the AM. The loft was super hot when we checked in but was fine by the first morning. Our boys had to sleep on couches on other floors the first night. Pros: Close to……
