I would say that the location is "kind of" walkable. You definitely can walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, but it was a bit further than would strictly be called convenient. It was a nice walk though! The neighborhood is very nice and there are sidewalks...

"Great location for walking everywhere. Two-minute walk from the train station and a block from the river stroll. We loved coming back to this spacious apartment. The live entertainment nearby was pretty loud a night. It did not bother me, but it did bother my daughter. Apart from the loud music, it was great! "

"Pretty disappointed overall with my stay. Had there been other options when booking last minute I wouldn't have booked. The room had long black hairs all over the floor and bed when I arrived. The sheet was very thin with dirt on it. Issues that had to be fixed like the window getting stuck and the shower tap being stuck on scalding hot. The fire doors whilst adding security, slam loudly at all hours of the night and the window had to be open at all times since the heating was high. The young...

"Bare basics but clean. Polite and friendly staff. Bunk-beds. Easy walking distance to bus and train station, and to main street. Only slightly further to Erin Court and Botanical Gardens. Stayed Friday - Saturday, noise-level low. Would stay here again."
