“We have been pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel. The room has quality mattresses, upscale pillows, bedding, and towels, and looks modern with newer furnishings and carpet. Everything has been remarkably clean and pleasant. “I booked and paid for our World Cup room through Expedia in May. Upon arriving I had to provide my credit card for incidentals. The hotel was.clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. Our World Cup experience was great. Then I get home and found out the hotel charged me for the room a second time. The room was $1100 so getting charged a second time is a little rough. I have called customer service twice without any resolution. I have called……
