“No shampoo at shower Shower tape failure Room 1226”

“nice location, breakfast is very good.”

“Got a last minute booking, bare bones room with no window, so I wasn’t expecting too much. However the room was minuscule even for one person with luggage, and the shower/wet room soaked the entire “bathroom” (wet the toilet paper!). Better than sleeping rough, but zero amenities except for free wifi”

“We were warm welcoming by the front service officer. We booked the comfort room but have to change to the closet room because of the smelly pipe in the shower. They tried to fix it after we submitted the claim but it was not successful, so we were asked to move to a different room which is smaller than what we booked before. The room is small but okay. The roof top breakfast is okay with beautiful view. The location is great, just next to the metro station, a lot of restaurants nearby, theaters……

“The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind.However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!”
