“Second time staying here. Cannot beat the location. Beach hotel vibes—don’t expect white glove service and you’ll be cool. Everything you need, nothing you don’t.”

“Great beach access for swimming, snorkeling, and tidal pool exploring. A turtle cove to directly to the south, swimming directly to the North. Fell asleep to waves on the rocks directly in front of our ocean front room.”

“The room pictures on the booking website did not match the actual room I stayed in. The room signal was poor, the wireless network was even worse, there was no light in the room, and it felt like living in a basement.”

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“Beautiful view from our one-bedroom ocean front suite, which was excellent for our family of four. The location is perfect, and we spent many days on the beach, which wasn’t crowded. The beach is calm and great for kids. Snorkeling is wonderful on the right side of the cove with many tropical fish, and we saw turtles from the shore near the left side of the cove by the rocks!! Prime location, and we also spent a day at Kapalua, which was only a 5 minute drive from the resort. We snorkeled……

“2间卧室的套房很适合2家人使用，如果还有单身一人的伙伴还可以睡客厅的沙发，总体来说这样均摊费用会便宜很多。和卡纳帕丽其他酒店的费用相比是非常便宜的。有厨房，烤箱，微波炉，洗碗机，锅具，刀具，连红酒开瓶器和披萨刀都有，完全可以自己做饭，非常好的家居体验。穿过高尔夫球场走到酒店自己的海边小屋很近，沙滩很好，就是浪比隔壁的喜来登大很多，如果浮潜还是走去喜来登吧。美中不足的是电视系统太复杂，一定要请服务员来调节才能找到电视频道。强烈推荐这家酒店！”

“The room was nice and big. We had a pne-bedroom. Everything about this property was amazing, clean and the beach view and the lani - beautiful! I've already recommended friends and family to book here if they are looking for a vacation stay.”

“The room was clean, a few small inconveniences but once I advised the staff it was taken care of almost immediately. It is a huge inconvenience that you cannot check in until 4pm but have to check out by 11am. Seriously if you are having people check in until 4 then we should be able to check out until 4!!”
