“The overall stay wasn’t a good one. The property was filthy. Carpet was dirty. The elevator had trash in it. The walls and floors to our room were dirty. I mentioned and nothing happened. The housekeepers just had the carts on the floors and sitting while they were chatting and eating the breakfast food. I would not recommend this place at all. Especially, holding the name Hyatt my expectations were ruined. ”

“Honestly I didn’t like it and i wouldn’t stay there again. I can see why other people might but there is no parking, they charge 55 for valet but if you call front desk they assure you it was 35… so I don’t know who’s stealing. Plus if you have bags you’re lottery going to have to walk to the entrance because due to train rails you can’t get to the front which is not advertised on the description. Overall, thank god it was only one night ”
