"Staff was friendly, bed was comfy, airport shuttle was prompt. My only complaint is that the front desk informed me that there were no gluten free options at breakfast. I suppose he meant that there was not a dedicated gluten free kitchen. I'm non-reactive, so could have had some of the hot items. By the time I discovered what the breakfast was, I had to catch the shuttle! Otherwise, all good. "

"It is very confusing that there are two Sheraton hotels at O’Hare airport the first day I arrived I went to the wrong hotel and of course had to shuttle back to the airport and then to the right hotel it was still confusing even after two or three days trying to talk to a driver to figure out which is the right hotel. Many people traveling, arrive knowing they need to stay at the Sheraton. They don’t have the address memorized and are they anticipating that they are too. I would also like to...

"Had a layover from SNA to ATH and wanted to stay close to ORD with a shuttle service to hotel. This stay provided that. Check in and room was excellent. Had a few hours to enjoy downtown so return shuttle to airport allowed us to take the blue line to downtown. Hotel has menu breakfast so no waiting in line for you waffle at the continental breakfast. "

"It was clean, quiet and the selection and quality of the complimentary breakfast was amazing. I was initially disappointed with the airport shuttle service upon my arrival BUT upon being apprised of the contributing extensive traffic delays I cannot hold that negatively against the hotel."

"Great little hotel in the Lincoln Park/Lakeview neighborhood. Super convenient and walkable to many places. Staff was terrific - helpful, knowledgeable, polite. There is parking at a discounted rate, but no in/out privileges, so plan accordingly."

"Excellent location: driving access to many things on perimeter of 1.4miles out. The residential area on same side of highway as Holiday Inn Chicago O’Hare (5615 N Cumberland Ave) is well maintained so assume safe during day."

"The hotel is clean and well maintained. The free breakfast saved me a lot of money and time. The fitness area has missing pairs of 10, 15, 20, and 25 pound dumbbells. When I mentioned this front desk, I was told the weights were missing for a long time. The weights need to be replaced. The temperature in the fitness room was locked in at 78 degrees Fahrenheit, which is too I enjoyed my stay."
