「I booked a room for two nights two weeks ago. As soon as my 10-year-old daughter and I arrived at the door of the hotel that morning, the host rushed out of the door and scolded us to leave quickly and not stay here. Later, he thought I had a child with me. Because they refused to check us in (when I booked this hotel, I learned that they welcomed children), the host's attitude during this period has been very bad, and he has been shirking his responsibilities and telling us that we cannot stay...

「We truly loved the location. Our view was amazing, overlooking the bay, “Ensenada Honda.” The landscaping around the pool area was beautiful as well. The property was tucked away from the main town, making it feel like a little paradise. Breakfast was good, and the breakfast area had a beautiful view of the pool and the surrounding greenery. The open-window design made the space feel airy, bright, and cozy. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious....

「A few things to think of before booking this hotel: 1. unstable wifi service, upon arrival wifi in the hotel is not working until late night 2. no hot water. it’s a lie that you can get hot water for shower after waiting for 45s. It’s not only our room, our friends didn’t have hot water for showers as well. 3. no hair dryer. 4. very limited table space for putting your stuff onto. This hotel is not recommended at all. 」

「Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even...
