「Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. 「The property was extremely clean. My only disappointment is that I booked a room based on the photo that showed a private balcony. When we checked in, we were put on the first floor and were told a room with the balcony was not available. Other than that, the hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. And again, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire property.」

「Excellent staff, clean roomie rooms. Only downside was ferry to Palomino island broke down and our scheduled trip there was delayed one day. Upside, resort gave a 4:00 pm check out so we could go to the island the day we were checking out.」

「A few things to think of before booking this hotel: 1. unstable wifi service, upon arrival wifi in the hotel is not working until late night 2. no hot water. it’s a lie that you can get hot water for shower after waiting for 45s. It’s not only our room, our friends didn’t have hot water for showers as well. 3. no hair dryer. 4. very limited table space for putting your stuff onto. This hotel is not recommended at all. 」
