"My wife and I stayed at The Boulevard Inn for a quick weekend trip and everything about it was top notch. Mitch and Roni are amazing and welcoming, and willing to help in any way. The breakfasts and evening wine/food were so well done. Our room was immaculate. The whole is great. You can walk to the museums, shops, food, etc. Perfect location and place to stay. Book it - you won't be disappointed! "

"Overall, a very nice hotel. Our room was huge — a big bedroom, good bath, and a separate living room within the suite. Staff was friendly and attentive, and the downstairs restaurant served a tasty, reasonably priced breakfast. The neighborhood was very quiet (govt center on a Friday) and there didn’t seem like a lot of options for dinner near the hotel. Didn’t look that hard, as we had reservations in a different neighborhood. All in, a good spot. Would stay there again without hesitation"

"Stayed here on the way to NJ coming up from Florida. Comfortable beds, clean room, efficient and friendly check in. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. fast friendly service nice menu, good food. If I had to say anything negative it was about breakfast before we left. Server was not nice, order took a long time, order was incorrect and cold. Overall great experience!"

"It is difficult to express how disappointed we were with this property. We have been using Vrbo for approximately five years. This year alone we have logged about 90 nights with Vrbo. In all those visits we have NEVER encountered a worse property or a less helpful host. First of all, the apartment is not truly habitable at this time (March) of year. Being below grade, the heat pump struggles to raise the temperature above 69 degrees. The breakfast room (den) is unheated and hence unusable. Which...
