“Well I stood there for the fist time. I really enjoyed it. Just make sure to rent a car if you want to travel out the area.othen than that, a shuttle is available for the closest amenities. Make sure buy groceries if you planed to cook. Everything is expensive if on a budget. Staff is friendly, Everything is cleaned . I didn't wana leave 😕. Have fun while there . Good place to relax with family friends,”

“The property was Luxurious for sure. Quiet, well maintained, great amenities, so many we didn't have time to explore all of them as we only stayed 7 days. I wanted to give 5 stars. The concern was our unit had bugs flying around. We found a full garbage can that had not been taken out prior to our arrival, sitting in 90+ degree weather. The garage smelled pretty bad. I called for a maintenance to see if they could help us out & no one ever came. The next morning we woke up, there was a fan……

“I will never book through ACO again. We have stayed in homes from Encore before and have always had a great experience. But it seems, ACO Vacation homes do not properly upkeep their homes. Rooms and bedding were dirty and had stains on the pillow cases and sheets. All the light switches were sticky for some reason. Broken furniture such as an ottoman found upstairs. Most TVs in the rooms had no connection. Blinds were missing on many of the windows. Dining room seats and table were dirty.……

“I booked trying to save some $$$ cause we were there for awhile, when I pulled in I couldn’t believe it it was a place we had stayed with my mom when we went on a family vacation a couple years back. She has since passed so all memories we shared there made it even better. So this stay was a little more personal than most”
