“Had a great stay! Stayed in Southend and went to The Eagles concert at Spectrum. Owner very responsive, reserved parking (1 space) plus street parking. Apartment in a multiapartment building so a coded lock on outside door as well as on the apartment door (different codes). It is a second-floor apartment with no elevator. Owner provided bottled water, coffee machine and coffee bag, juice and basic mixers. Will be back.”

“We absolutely enjoyed staying at this beautiful 2-bedroom property in Charlotte. It’s on a quiet, tree lined street close to so much. The apartment features gorgeous art, classy furnishings, comfortable beds, a toasty gas fireplace, a pretty, well appointed kitchen - and was tastefully decorated all around. A real home away from home where we stayed while helping our son get settled in his first apartment after college which is a short distance from this rental. And the winter time view of the……

“Beautiful property and gardens, lovely and quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, and a very reasonable rate.”

“The hotel rooms are really nice, the view from the 18th floor is pretty decent with the city lights at night. Valet parking during the stay was about 45 dollars at night come and go as you please. Self parking was around 30 dollars maximum I think, but you gotta pay every time you leave the parking lot, so if you plan to go in and out look into valet. The pool closes at 8 and there is no room service if you get hungry late late at night. The staff are wonderful and friendly. ”

“I'll start off by saying it's an absolutely beautiful apartment - my family and I rented the 2 bedroom one and it is in excellent condition. 2 large, comfortable beds and 2 decent sized, clean bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen, living room, and also laundry area. The apartment is perfect for longer stays. The only complaint I have is how difficult and confusing the check-in instructions were - I arrived on my own and spent an hour trying to gain access to the apartment after flying overseas……

“We’ve stayed here before and liked it. There is very early am construction next door and it’s loud. They also lost their parking lot privileges in the big garage and we parked in a small attached garage. We would stay again because everything is near and walkable.”

“There was a glitch in the entrance gate for self park. Help came immediately allows us to enter and just pay at check in. Original room held for us was not ready when we arrived at 5:00. Another room on a lower floor was offered and credit applied to our account. Honestly I would never have known. ”
